"Thank you for joining us in this venture. You may ask why we are doing this. Well, it seemed like a good idea at the time...hopefully still is. We lived, worked, and traveled in France and visited frequently with relatives in Belgium over a 5 year period in the 90's. During that time we became very fond of the traditional products reflecting the "art of the table" and other decorative arts typical of the regions of ancient Gaul. When we returned to the US, we found it difficult to obtain these products, particularly outside of large metropolitain areas. Even there, in the age of the big box stores and cheap imitations it is hard to find authentic goods. Therefore our goal is to bring our favorite products to you, anywhere, through the medium of the internet. We value your suggestions and input on how we can serve you better."

Exchanges and Refunds
If your Gallic Traditions selection does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, exclusive of delivery charges, within 30 days from the invoice date. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange of equal value, depending on availability. The item(s) you want to return or exchange must be returned, unused, in the condition in which it arrived and in its original packaging.
Our policy is to provide a full refund of the purchase price, or credit toward a replacement, for items shipped from US inventory. For items imported to your order, it may be necessary to withhold the costs of international shipping and handling
Call Customer Service at 612-801-1225 M-F between 8:30am and 5pm CST or email your return request to info@gallictraditions.com to receive return instructions.
Affix a return label to the original shipping box and ship.
After the item(s) have been received and inspected by Gallic Traditions, the refund will be available (within 14 days) to the purchaser or (if an exchange is desired) a new item will be ordered.
Invoice Discrepancies
All discrepancies with an invoice must be reported by phone to the Gallic Traditions Customer Service Team at 612-801-1225 M-F between 8:30am and 5pm CST within 30 days of the invoice date.
Shipping
We ship via Fedex, UPS, or Priority Mail. Currently, we accept online orders to shipping addresses (with the exception of military addresses) within the United States and Canada. Shipping charges will be applied for domestic orders under $150 US and Overseas orders under $500 If you have an APO or FPO address, please call or email us to make other arrangements. Orders for standard stock items will be shipped within five days of ordering unless the customer is otherwise notified. Because most items must clear customs and heightened security, please allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery. Saturday delivery is not available.
Pricing and Tax
The prices displayed on this website are quoted in U.S. currency. Prices are subject to change at any time. Sales tax will be automatically applied to orders/portions of orders with a Wisconsin or Minnesota shipping address
